Sunday 7:30-8:30pm at Attenborough Village Hall NG9 6BH (Between Long Eaton and Beeston - Please see map), beginners are welcome, just turn up and join in our friendly club. £5 an hour. Just come along in something comfortable. We practice the ancient Chinese art of Tai Chi, for Health and Relaxation.
