The Gym is designed for small groups of up to 8 people, it is 5mx4m - 20 square metres, hence please phone first to see if there is space for you.
 

From the junction of Queens Road and Station Road, follow the sign towards the Station, go straight over the bridge.
take the second road on the right. This is Trafalgar Road. The Gym is in the back garden, we train there. Ring the door bell or go round the back. You may meet the cutest dog in the UK!
