The 5 Levels of Routine Practice.

kinesthetics Aproach:
The sensation of position, movement, tension, etc. of parts of the body, perceived through nerve-end organs in muscles, tendons, and joints, by the mind and eye.

Level 1. Posture and Form.

Learn the names of the postures and position of feet and   hands.

At first it is difficult to relax, because you are having to think   about each move, you will need to stop at each posture to   ensure correct positioning and poasture.

Level 2. Connectivity and Fluidity.

Connect all of the moves together, as if the routine was one   move, with no stops, slowing down nor speeding up.

Keep the same height and speed for all moves, except for the   defined exceptions.

Level 3. Energy waves from the Dan Tien.

Ensure that the Dan Tien moves first, apply silk reeling and   sink the Chi, ensure that one move leads into the next with grace, softness, strength and balance.

Level 4. Focusing the energy and structuring the Body.

Reshape the body with each move, ensure at least 3 dimensional   movement, good timing, and energy flow. Ensure that the mind and body guides the Chi.

Level 5. Freedom.
