Your first Lesson will be taught to you at a pace that's right for you, as a complete beginner. The teacher will be happy to go over any detail as often as you need. Please wear comfortable clothing e.g. flat shoes or trainers, track suit bottoms and T_shirt, with something warm to go on top.
